Building Business Relationships
Anyone ever have this problem??
I am having trouble obtaining foreclosures, pre-forclosures etc., information from local businesses. I am especially having trouble when I identify myself as a Real Estate Investor, they immediately clam up and are unwilling to help me. I have actually had to resort to playing stupid just to get info - is this common?

Not sure I understand what the problem is.
I will tell you something is causing you a great deal of problems, getting info on foreclosures, pre-foreclosures are an easy process for me.
Let's see if we can solve this problem together. I will need to know the following:
What State/Country are we looking in?
What type of information are you looking for?
What business are you dealing with?
