    Great!

Ive already gone to the yrellowpages and printed names of title companies.Sreems that theyd have some sort of confidentiality agreement between clients & not would disclose info, but Ill give it a shot.
    Thanks a million

If you never actually take posession of a property then it does not matter what entity you use. The only risk involved is actually having to close on a property.

Why would anybody in their right mind want to flip outside their tradoitional "farm area" anyway...

look to see if and how your business has to be registered in the the selling state.

Thanks guys for your answers. So you guys dont see any real issues, mainly just do smart investing. I dont want to limit my company to just one state, then I lose out on all the other tons of properties in the market.

    Thanks a Bunch...

    happy Wednesday to everyone

My question is this I got a call today from a relative who is paying $450 a month for rent. Her lease is up this summer so she will have to sign another one year lease. There is a condo down the street for sale for $45,000 with HOA of $200 and taxes of $87. Would this pass the acid test as an out of town investment?

    Hi Caliber,
I am in the middle of the same thing as we speak. I am located in Michigan and am flipping to an investor in Arizona. This is my first out of state deal, but as far as the title company is telling me it will be a few extra days because things will have to be done by mail. No biggie for me but you may feel differently. The only other alternative I can think of is to have your buyer come to Indiana to close the deal.

Have a newbie question, why would an investor have a 3rd party involved and buy from the 3rd party instead of going right to the property themselves?
    Am I missing something?
