Buffalo, NY..Help!

I recently purchase three duplexes in Buffalo for 30k each. They cash flow well at about 800 a month gross rents for each duplex. I want to buy more but I have heard there are some really scary areas in Buffalo and I dont want to buy something in a slum or crack house neighborhood. The company I bought the first three from I am finding out are not trustworthy. I am looking for a realtor or possibly a bird dog to find what I am looking for. Does anyone know of any good investment realtors in the Buffalo area? How about a good property manager? Any referals or advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

    The gross rents collected are 800 each duplex, not 800 a month cash flow. Plus taxes are really high in NY. After everything, mortgage, mgmt, taxes, water/sewer, vacancy thay cash flow is about 300 a month.
