Has anyone read Bronchick's Alternative Real Estate Financing course? I'm interested in what you thought. How detailed did he get into Subject To? Is it a good supplement to John Locke's manual?

Jason, you could ask Bill, the last time we sat down and talked I believe he is more into Lease Option than Subject To investing at least that's the impression I got.

Bill, is a very knowledgeable investor inhis own right and just a darn nice guy.

Yeah, I read his due on sale articles and he seems like he seriously know his stuff. I was curious if others on this board paid for his courses and if they found them worth the money.
