Books On Private Money
Does anybody have a recommendation on what books to buy on how to get private money for buying commercial real estate (for me only apartment buildings).
I live outside USA so it should be one that works internationally.
I have written several Blog Posts on Private/Hard Money loans, Alternatives to Mortgages, etc.
