Books On Landlording
Hi,
I would like some recommendations on books/tapes for landlording.
I've learned quite a bit here from many of you, and like to round out my education with some reading.
Thanks

There are several posted chains here with various reccomendations. The book "Landlording" is a good place to start. Big yellow book you can't miss it. Your local library should have one.
what is the name of the book? Who is the author? What year was it printed?
Title: "Landlording", 9th edition
Author: Leigh Robinson
Revised: February, 2003
Excellent book for reading with a common sense approach and wealth of information. Can't go wrong here...

Nolo's Every Landlord's Legal Guide is a great help- especially the CD with all the forms that come with it.
I've gleaned a few good ideas from Milin's How to Buy and Manage Rental Properties.
I would highly recommend getting to know some experienced and reputable landlords in your area- they are a wealth of information.

Check your area or state for an apartment association. They'll have forms, legal aids, and contractors that they can recommend to you.
"Landlording" is a phenomenol book. You may want to check out www.Landlording.com and ****This URL Not allowed****.com as well.
