Books On Landlording

Hi,
I would like some recommendations on books/tapes for landlording.
I've learned quite a bit here from many of you, and like to round out my education with some reading.
Thanks
-Ariel

There are several posted chains here with various reccomendations. The book "Landlording" is a good place to start. Big yellow book you can't miss it. Your local library should have one.

Nolo's Every Landlord's Legal Guide is a great help- especially the CD with all the forms that come with it.

I've gleaned a few good ideas from Milin's How to Buy and Manage Rental Properties.

I would highly recommend getting to know some experienced and reputable landlords in your area- they are a wealth of information.

Check your area or state for an apartment association. They'll have forms, legal aids, and contractors that they can recommend to you.

"Landlording" is a phenomenol book. You may want to check out www.Landlording.com and ****This URL Not allowed****.com as well.
