Boarded Up Houses

i found 2 boarded up houses right next to each other. The problem is i cannot get the address buecase it is boarded up to teh point where u cant see it and there is no address number on the concrete of the parking lot . what can i do and how can i find the owners ?
what would be mynext step in negotiating a no money down deal of some sort?

    You ought to at least be able to figure out the address of the neighbors, and narrow it down. Or narrow it down by block.

    Then search the USPS website or your local property info website (if you have one) for addresses on that street between the ones you know.

    Go to your county GIS site. Look up the nearest address you DO know and look for the lots.

    If its a neighborhood...go off the sequential numbering of the before and after of the houses to either side....

    Get the address of the house or buildings on either side of these two houses and if you can measure between the two that you can addresses for that would help a lot also. Then take all of this info. to the tax assessor or appraisal district's office for that county, if they are not online. They will be able two locate all four of the properties on a plat and give you the tax account numbers. From there they will be able to give you the tax information. In the Houston area we have to check with the school district's tax office seperately for their tax info.
