Blanket Mortgage In TX
I intended to sell my property as seller financing. The house is $150K. I asked $20K down and interest rate 2% higher than what I paid. Is that a good strategy? Any rules/regulations that I need to know? Anybody can recommend a good real estate lawyer? Thx.

Yes...and this answer is about as useful as your question, because you don't say where you need a lawyer.
You're in AZ, apparently, and on the Legal Forum, where you're asking about a blanket mtg in TX....I think you need to think about putting this on a more appropriate forum as for strategies on selling.and also, if you want legal help, tell us where you want the lawyer.
TX and AZ both are big enough that a lawyer in one part of the state isn't going to do you much good in some other area.
