Blair investments? Has anyone any info on contacting them, I attenened one of those conferance call
I attended one of the conferance calls, then they give us this number to call and I was told that someone would call back and this is 2 days later no one has, so if you have a web site or any info on this I would appreciate it, I m starting to think "scam". I too listened in on that conference call. I received a call back and the guy asked me what a good time to spend 20 minutes would be. We agreed on 2 o'clock. Well, 2 passed, and didn't get a phone call. The next day I saw they tried calling back (on my caller ID), but I wasn't able to answer. I don't know how much I can trust them when they never even call you back when they promise. If they do happen to call me back again, I'll listen, but the second they want me to pay them some rediculous amount of money for more information they'll hear the sound of my phone clicking shut.
Has anyone else heard anything about this Robert Blair character?
I got a call, for anywhere from 4700 to 9000 I can get into a program, They find the properties, fix them and you refi from the 20 million pool, I would like to find 100 percent finacing but the guy couldnt tell me interest rate closing costs and just who would decide what fix up needs to be done, I think that we were subjected to a bad deal, if its so great what is he doing on the phone selling programs and not real estate?
