I am currently birdogging a property that someone is interested in but the property is listed in the MLS through a realtor. How do i go about closing this deal??? I need help fast!!!

    You need to check their listing agreement. Some listing agreements can be cancelled with a simple letter telling the realtor to cancel the listing and return the keys. You need to look at their listing agreement though.
