BIRDDOGING CONTRACTS
Does anyone have generic birddoging contracts/agreements to lend or suggestions to where to get one? And also, i'm thinking about getting business cards for my birddogging escapades...what should they say on them?

No matter what form of real estate investing you do, please never use Generic contracts, or those "wet tears" will turn to "real tears" a little playoff your nic.
As far as your business cards go if you do not listen to my advice, they should read "Help bail me out".
Start of your career the right way, even if it takes awhile make sure you have any contracts reviewed by a professional.
