Birddogging To Own Investor
I have years of experience in Property Management in three different states. I have an eye for seeing properties potientials. I want to get started in purchasing distressed properties and either renting them out or saleing them for more profit. How do I get started? I hear that you can do it with the banks money is that true?
Many people want to use OPM (other peoples money) to get started. Its definatly doable, but you will have to prove to the bank, you can afford another mortgage, (if you already have one) and then you will need to have to be able to pay for the repairs, once you sell, you will be set, but its getting the first one which is the most difficult.
