I am looking for a mentor investor to bird dog for in NW Florida, Emerald Coast Area, This is a rapidly developing area and I am afraid the good deals will get harder to find by the time I am able to buy em myself. I want in on this market in one way or another now! Will work for cash!!!!!

Anybody else want beach and waterfront property on the Emerald beaches of NW FL? Most of this property is $250,000 plus and my pockets are not that deep, there are some deals to be made here, investment is high but so is profit potential, also have some ideas for developers who want to expand into this area.
