Totally Brand New
I literally stumbled across this site in my search for more information about Robert G. Allen. Somewhere in Google, one of the forums here turned up.
I just finished reading "One Minute Millionaire" and I have also read "The Millionaire Next Door."
My husband and both agree that we would like to add real estate investing as part of our long term strategy to create more than one stream of income. I already have business that I run from home that is still in its infancy, but is steadily growing.
We do own our residential home (well, the bank stil does), but we are very eager to learn about REI, yet we know that it will take time before we have any idea as to what we are doing in order to make our first transaction.
I have not been to any of the real estate "guru" seminars, and after seeing some of the posts here, I don't think I will.
I have read some Rich Dad stuff, but no his real estate books.
Are there any topics here that reviews any of the books out there that we should start with? Or can anyone here make any good recommendations for good books (not ready for a program yet) so we can start to get some basics.
Thanks so much for your help.
Patty
