Title Search
I am working on a pre-forclosure property. I ordered a title search and the 16k IRS lien the owner told me about did not come up. should I call the title company and ask why that happened or what could be the cause of that particular lien not coming up? any suggestions 
Yeah I would definetly ask your title searcher whats up.
thank you. I just did that and 4 liens popped up totaling 43K I guess that is going to bust my deal unless i can find a way to go arounfd those irs liens
BTW,
who_me is correct in saying that there are ways to make low equity deals very profitable.

Just realized I made a mistake. I have the house under contract for $44.5k, the end buyer is purchasing it from me for $93k. Tim
