The Subject Is..Subject To
Greetings REI Mates:
Please someone...give me the Dick & Jane Version of Subject To. A lot of you seem to love it. I would like to investigate and understand it to see if its something I would be interested in.
I have read some articles on the subject and can't seem to grasp "subject to What" ! !
Any and all help will be so very much appreciated.
