Some Advice Please...
Hello there. New to real estate investing, still in the "education" phase. I'm building a team, putting cash together, credit is in good shape. So i'm now looking into some "business building". Can you all give me some advice on some software (property analyisis, property management, boiler plate contracts/forms) that are worthwile? And any favorite "books" "reports" or "websites" that would be of help. The prices are all over the map. Trying to stay away from the overpriced guru packages. Thanks!
