Renting To Friends
Greetings,
I am thinking about renting out my primary residence to a friend. I have one house that is my primary and one that is an investment. I want to rent out my primary residence so I can move on and buy another property. Does anyone have some thoughts about renting to friends? Good or bad idea. Thanks.

What someone is not doing is "Closing" the deal is what is sounds like to me, someone is just warming up some of these folks for someone who knows how to "Close".
If you are getting the leads, you better set down and evaluate whether any of these leads should have been deals. It sounds like you are out there amoung them doing your job, however one other thing when you are advertising for Foreclosures, you are going to get plenty of "Self Denial".
Why not get postive with Fast Closing - We Buy Houses instead, personally I never by Homes, home is where the heart is.
