Put an ad in the local paper:
3 bedroom, 2 bath fixer upper, cheap
When your phone blows up, write down the names and numbers of the people who call and pre-screen them. You will find some wholesalers in that group.

I would attend your local court house when they have the trustee sales going on. You should be able to locate some wholesalers in your area.
You can also get the numbers of We buy hoses bandit sings and call them. The are local investors and they will have contacts. Also, there are people on here that you can contact in your area. Search the members list for the people close to you. Good luck
