Railroad Tracks, Sewage Plants
Hello all:
I have found a property (Four-plex) that seems to be renting well, although I have not received a copy of the schedule "E". The numbers are really close and I need to do a little work on them. This property is making money, probably because it sets close to an army base (although I don't know if that's why).
Question, how much of an impact does it make on a renters decission that this property sets near railroad tracks and somewhat close to a sewage plant? What should I be concerned with or looking at here?
Thoughts anyone?
