Profitable Property
Greetings All:
I will be attending the Two (2) day Profitable Property Boot Camp next weekend March 20th & 21st with John Peterson. It is located in Rockville, Maryland. I am thoroughly excited about what I'll be learning and whant lost of suggestions on what to do on Monday when I've completed the course.
I work full time and have just purchased my own first home in Temple Hills, MD.
I have Platinum credit, partially rehabbed my home with a 203K loand and refinanced in December 2003. I am paying my monthly mtg. payment (plus 1/12) to pay down my mortgage a little quicker. I want to go the Wholesaler route but I need to know 2 things.
1. When I find a property my investor would like how much do I need to put up to put the house under contract?
2. Once I have it under contract how can I protect myself from the investor pulling out on the deal so that I don't lose my money.
I actually don't think will happen because John Peterson IS our investor. He does deals with his students.
Please offer your views and advice.

Just curious, how much is the two day class. It may be something I will be interested in.
