Probate Properties

I have a question about probate properties. I found a list of them at the county courthouse but i'm not sure what I do after that. I want to contact the heirs of the deceased in order for them to sell me the probate property that was left to them. Do I mail out letters to the homes of the deceased? Or do I have to contact the heir who now has the deed to the probate property. What happens if I mail out letters to the probate properties, do they get forwarded somewhere else? Help, please...

Hi I have done many probates, the best ones are when they, the lawyers and Realestate agents call you knowing you deal with probates.

Your first bet would be to open the phone book and send a great lookng letter to all PROBATE lawyers telling them you liquidate probate property.

Now the other way would be to go to the counter at the court house where they have the file for the cases since all probates are legal proceding you can view the file at the counter all you need is the case number which should be in the paper you see the legal notices.

In these file you will see who to contact , the loan owed if any and the stauts of the case. Whice means is it ready to sell, I HAVE SEEN PROPERTIES TIED UP FOR YEARS.

Don't stop looking you will find like I have deals for 30 to 60 % of value easy to purchase deals.

Just remember that in almost all probates, the lawyer is going to need to get paid, so he/she's mightily interested in converting some assets into cash...and you're just the one who can do it...right? Right!
