Off The Subject (rentals)
I know that this is a little out of the area of normal TCI discussion but I had to give it a shot. Two friends and I are planning to live in Myrtle Beach SC for the summer and we have been looking for summer or seasonal rentals but all we can seem to find is 6 month rentals. I figured that I would post a request on here for any knowledge of summer or seasonal rentals. 
Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
One thing to do would be to call some of those 6 month rentals and see if you can do a 3 month lease. The people that own these rentals are human and can negotiate. In this business, anything can be worked out. That's one option.
Also, if you call these people and they won't do it, maybe they know of someone that will. You'll never know until you ask.[ Edited by nebulousd on Date 03/22/2004 ]
Myrtle Beach SC is full of daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal rentals. I put "Myrtle Beach vacation rental" in my Google search engine, and got 283,000 hits. At least one of those hits should be able to give you exactly what you want.
