NEWBIE ACRONYM LIST
If someone is able to list all the acronyms that goes with REI and put on this site somewhere, that would be very helpful for those of us new to this site. I think it would save a lot time on asking questions, when we could just click on a link and look up the word.
For example, LTV, APV, NOO, REO etc..
When I started auto detailing on the side, I went to a website and they had this same function. It is very helpful....

RL - Roof Leaks
NWS - Not Worth Shi-
OL - Over Leveraged
TST - Tenant Skipped Town
NCF - Negative Cash Flow
RHN - Re-Hab Nightmare
