New Investor In Tulsa Area
I am just getting started in real estate. I'm a new single parent with four kids, and I have taken Lou Vukas' courses on real estate investing. I just moved here from Florida. Since I have no start-up capital, I have decided to do some bird-dogging and wholesaling. I would eventually like to get into rehabbing and perhaps lease purchases. I was just wondering if there are any other investors in the Tulsa area out there. If so, I would love to know you exist. Also, I would like to hear your suggestions for the best ways to find properties here. I've been watching the papers and seen lots that look promising. Is this the best place to start? Or would I be better off going to the courthouse and looking for foreclosures/pre-foreclosures? Is there online access for any of that stuff, or for tax records? What types of properties are you looking for?
