New Bird Dog Needs Suggestions Building Buyer List...
Hi, Im a new bird dog who just recently went LLC and am trying to build a good list of buyer/investors to invest or flip rehab/Pre-Foreclosure/sub2 investments in northern ohio. First off I'm wondering should I try to stick to "in state" investors? and also I'm wondering what the consensus is on asking investors for either earnest deposits or simply proof of funds. since i want to make sure im not wasting my time.
