Need Info About Real Estate Investing Company
I went to a seminar, which had a lot of information about getting started basically, as a wholesaler. The compnay is named Legacy I, (formerly WEI Inc) They are based out of Springfiled, Mo. You have to go through their training which is either 2 days or 3 days, depending upon the program you choose. If they purchase the property you present to them, they pay you 5000.00 if you were in the 2-day program and half of the profit if you take the 3-day course. Their courses include mentoring and coaching included. Basically, they only buy financially distressed properties in decent neighborhoods that do not require a lot of rehab. Has anyone heard of this company? I am considering the classes, however I would like to hear if anyone has every heard of them or used them.
