MLS Listings

I would like to get access to an MLS listing in my counties, Los Angeles, Riverside, Orange County. Does anyone know of a service that I can use to access these list. I've called my local National Association of Realtors and they want me affiliated with some agency before I can join.
Thanks for your assistance. smile

You must be a real estate agent to get access to the MLS. That is why you need to set yourself up with a great agent.

If you have financing lined up start interviewing realtors. You are going to want to find one that understands what you are looking for. Plus if you have your money in line they will take you serious. Not just a tire kicker.

Thanks kimmyjack, however, I forgot to mention that I'm a licensed agent but not affiliated with any company at this time. Newly licensed.

Surf Google. I found the MLS for My area (Kootenai County, Idaho) on google. Also a lot of the individual sites for the realtor have it.

I spent a minute or less and found this link http://www.homegain.com/homes_for_sale/CA/hsx_state_page?entryid=2693 which might have what you are looking for.

I know investors that do enough deals that the local board of realtors has let them have full access to the MLS (for a fee).

Build a good relationship with a realtor. You may already have friends that are lisenced that would let you use their access code. Toss them a bone when you buy an MLS property.
