Looking For Someone To Trade Info With....
Hello everyone!
I am new to the REI field. I recently purchased the Ron LeGrand FSBO, Wholeasale/Retail etc. modules. I work for a title company's foreclosure division and I was wondering if there is any investors in the Orange County/ L.A. area willing to let me sit in and watch some of their deals as a trade for some listings. I know it's not much and I'm sure you can all get your own listings but unfortunately it's all I can offer. Please let me know if someone is interested...I'm one of those who learn better by example and a little advice is all I'm seeking. Thank you in advance for your replies/ input.

Hey, Aimee - (it's Aimee, right?)
I'm in about the same boat as you (though I haven't read the Ron LeGrand stuff)...new to this thing, looking to sponge up info wherever I can. I've avoided the LA REI Clubs for a while, because I couldn't see spending the $ to belong to it, and I didn't really see the point - would people really go out of their way to help me out?
Anyways, I recently went to a home auction in Glendale by a guy wearing an 'I Buy Houses' button. We talked after the walk-through of the property, and he asked if I had been to any of the L.A. investment club meetings. He told me to give him a call, and he'd go with me at some point.
Well, I've been too busy to call lately, but the point is, it might be something to check out. At least one person who goes to those sorts of meetings is nice enough to offer a little advice...so I suppose the others are, too. You might find just the person who needs a title search every now and then.
I know there's at least one REIC in Orange County...I'd say check it out. You never know what you'll find.
Best of luck,
KC
Thank you Lloyd for responding to my post I posted that quite some time ago as you can see, so I guess it's better late then never anywho thanks again.
