Most of us Real Estate Brokers like that cause now we can get a really large commission. Probably about 10%.
Ok give me the information about the property etc. I have a client who is stationed at Fort Benning and he will be retiring in the State of Georgia. His wife has a strange way of talking and fits right in. Quote your price and I will have the comps searched and will probably offer at market if he is interested. You will get a net offer. Is Georgia Escrow or Settlement, what title Co. Available in area. etc.
