Locating Pre Forclosures
I went to the court house to look up notices of default in the court records and was told that Georgia is a non judicial state. Can anyone tell me what the best practice is for locating preforeclosure properties?

Maybe trying to search it on the net. But of course you have to get to familiar with those law terms and languages.
