Just Starting To Bird Dog...What & How To Charge???
I've been doing some reading and I'd like to break into this field through bird dogging. I've got ideas about how to find properties and investors, but how in the world do I go about making the actual money????
Does the investor sign a contract with me, if so when and what are reasonable terms?
Totally new at this...please help. 
If its a straight bird dog situation where you pass on the lead, its usually 1-2% of the buy price. If its a rehab and you have it bought and sold its a 50/50 split of the profits for funding the job.
