Just wondering what the general opinion is. Who is easier to find -- the people with money (cash investors) or the people with knowledge (sweat equity)?
It is definitely easier to find people with money. Most people do not want to put in the time and effort to find and make good deals, but when they hear how much money they could make they will put up the cash.

How do you advertise to find people with money that are willing to invest money with a person they don't know?
I, personally, have only partnered with people I know. Maybe others on this site can answer that question.
Look in the newspaper's classified section to find potential investors. Or to advertise that you are looking for potential investors.
