Is This A Good Deal
hello all,
i am a newbie and in the process of closing a 7 unit. which is turning out to be a lengthy process (ie financing) is it always like that??
in the mean time i have found a 2 unit which needs about 150k of rehabbing amd would cost 350k so total will go to 500k max i know its high but that is the rate in boston, since i don't have any money left after the 7 unit does it makes any sense to even pursue this ,i might be able to sell the 2 unit with inlaw for 550k.
so the questions i have
1.is 7 unit financing so lengthy and painful .
2.what kind of rates you can expect for 3 yr fixed amortized over 25 years for 7 unit.
3.do u know of any better financing companies.
any help would be appreciated
