  For Seminole County, you might want to try 2 sites:

  Seminol County:
  
  Clerk of the court:
  http://www.seminoleclerk.org/
  
  Tax collector:
  http://www.seminoletax.org/
  
  Property appraiser:
  http://www.scpafl.org/scpaweb/index.jsp
  
  These are the three you should use. You may want to compare what is on the site to what you can get at the court house. Sometimes they are backlogged and the info on the site is a week or two behind, just depends on county.
