an investiment club is like TCI but more personal. A great place to get leads and make connections with like minded people and those who are doing related things that may steer something your way when it is out of their area of expertise.

All investors should be involved in their local investment club. You learn so much! Great place to network with other investors, brokers, lenders, attorneys. The average investment club membership dues is around $100 bucks for a year; money well spent. Cheers!
