I Need Some Help! Begginer That Needs Direction !
I Live in San Jose Ca. I am looking to start investing in realestate to better my future. I have attended local real estate seminars and classes looking for what to do in my local market. Is there anyone that can point me in a direction? the last seminar I attended was focused on foreclosures and preforclosures but was not specific to my local area. I have 45K to invest but its just not enough here, I can barely buy a condo for under 500K and Im not sure that I wont lose some money in the coming years. Does anyone have an answer for me? Almost everybody in the Bay area believes that real estate will not come down and that this area is impervious to all economic condtions but I do not believe it. I want to get into preforclosures but I am not sure what to expect from the market in the next couple of years. I have many questions, the most important being what is the forecast for my local market according to you savvy real estate proffessionals? I am very ready to invest but I need to know where to get in!! Please help me out I have been rocking back and forth and loosing sleep waiting to get in real estate and I dont want to hesitate any longer. THanks
