I Live In Canada Can I Buy Tax American Tax Liens?

It depends on the state, usually they dont care who you are as long as you put the cash down though. Worse case scenario get a c- corporation in the states and buy it as the company, you will also protect yourself a bit more as well. When you have your title search done with an attorney in that state you should ask him/her that question as well.
