HELP! Possible First Deal!
ok these are the terms right now. The guy owes 385000 on his home, is moving out of state asking 585000 for it, which is comps in the area. I asked him lowest cash offer accepted and he said 540000 bottom line.... where do I go from here? hes definitely motivated but trying to get as much as he can. Do I counter offer with 520000??? suggestions please!!!
