Have $ But No Credit , Now What?
Ok, thinking of selling property I am living in now and use $20K equity to generate some more cash ....
How can I use that capitol with no credit (was unemployed 6 mths 
) to make $10K-$20K in 12 months or less?
I know how to do it with credit, as I posted in another thread, but with no credit? Foreclosures?
Need some ideas? I just hate the idea of paying someone else rent for 12-24 months, but if my $20K is making money for me, it won't feel so painful.. but would have to probably consider rental $ being paid, as a cost during the time I am investing my $20K.

Don't sell your house to do this.
Find great deals - usually HUD or REO. Make tons of offers through a realtor who knows what you do and will give a break on commission. Line up a good hard money lender and general contractor. Then fix and flip. List with that same realtor and give them a bonus if it sells FAST. Repeat.
