Hard Money Lender Needed For Residential SFH In Louisiana

You should talk to the granddaddy and the brother and give them some options and info on where they can get help. The choice is theirs to stay or go.

You need to evict immediately. The longer they stay in the home without paying rent, the worse the situation gets.
I would get them out as soon as you can. Of course, you can always contact social services about their situation to see if they can help.
