Getting To The Seller's.
I'm in search of seller financing with most of the properties I buy. Mostly single and multifamily units. This goes well when I can reach the seller and discuss with him/her. But realtors are very defensive in giving access to the seller. Including those who represent bank forclosures. Any tried and true methods out there for getting to the sellers?
Have you tried the county records? They contain the owner of record. I suppose you could also try phone directory that is ordered by address
