Free House
I have a friend that is being given a house if she can move it off of the property it is on! It has about $75000 equity in it. my question is she dose not want to deal with all of the hassell would it be worth it for me to give her $25,000 for it and get a construction loan to fix it up and move it? how much dose it cost to move a house?aprox: 1500sqft. i could spend $35000 fixing and movingit and sell it for a nice profit couldent I. 
It has potential. You should find out how much it costs to move and then figure the re-hab costs before you commit to anything. Also, what kind of timeframes are you under...that could affect things too. Good luck!
