Florida Tax Deed Bird Dog Needed
I am in need of a bird dog/s for the tax deed sales (Not Tax Liens) coming up throughout Florida. I will require all the due diligence research to be completed for me and will pay more than the standard 1%, since it will be more work. I will need to know what monies are owed on the property besides the tax deed and any other relevant info. If anyone wants the job, PM me or look at my personal page for my Email address. I am only doing it in Florida right now, may go to other south eastern states in the future.

Kyle - Hit me up!! I'm in Jacksonville. I'll do whatever research you need. I'll get the owner info, lien info, mortgage lender info, even go and take digital pictures of the property. Just name what you want to look at. I currently have an up-to-date list of all 4,000+ properties in Duval county that have tax liens against them.
