I eager to get into real estate investment. I am waiting on Carlton Sheet's course in the mail. My credit needs some work. My concern is what is the best option for financing for buyers with bad credit.
you need to wait upon carlton. carlton knows all, oh yes, carlton knows all. seriously though I would wait for his course and read through all the options. some will work better in your area than others and some may not work at all. the trick is to try all of them to see which one is going to be best and then post some specific questions here. good luck.
Best option is to improve yuor credit. Find your pain points on your credit scores and work on getting them off. You can hit the library for credit repairs books.
