COMPS/Market Sales Analysis
Try befriending a REA in the area and ask them for some info in return for you sending them some business. I would then try to send some business to them and then ask for comps...if they agree, just get the comps and then refer as you get business for them. Keep in touch with them to make them feel more comfortable with you and then be sure to follow thru on your word. You can forge very strong relationships this way and also help each other out along the way. Good luck
