Certifications / Licences? Which Ones Help, Which Ones Dont?
I wanted to get an overview of what you think about getting diffrent Certifications and/or Licences?
RE Agent
RE Broker
Mortgage Broker
Escrow Agent
General Contractor
Specality Contractor (Electrical, Plumbing, ect)
Home Inspector
Building Inspector
I believe that any knowlege you gain can do nothing but help, but am not sure about making your knowlege public. I read in another post that sometime people who are RE Agents or Brokers are not looked at as giving the best deal because they "know too much". How does that translate to the other areas.
I am currently taking the following classes at the local CC: Elecrtical code/inspection, and RE Principles. I see how the classes and the others in their departments could help me picking out good deals.
