Cash Back Deals? What To Look Out For...

My Mortgage broker says he has an investor looking to sell 3 of his properties and willing to give cash back which could be used for the down payments...

Is this generally a good or bad idea? What should I be looking for??

I looked at this issue to.. I used the atty addr for A while but w/ the forward it cost > $1/ per letter including junk.

Is would us USPS or mail box etc. an confirm w/ your atty if you have to have a physical address.

You have to have a physical address for someone to receive service if your company gets sued.

You can use a P.O. Box as the address on your business card, advertising, etc.

Requirements vary by state. In NC you cannot have a PO as registered agent. Options are to hire a registered agent company or put a street address. I know Nevada registered agent services offer this kind of service... check your state...

A registered agent service is about as inexpensive as a PO box rental. google "NJ registered agent" then click on the first non-sponsored link to find one... I know around here InCorp Services, Inc is used quite a bit. There are lots others.
