Can You Believe This?
I just got a notice from Waste Managment that I will now have to pay $2.00 on every paper bill I get. (It adds up when you have a few properties)
First can they force me to do automatic payments, next I like having these bills in case my friend from the IRS comes calling. Also when I go to small claims court I have to have the paper bills so that the judge can see. One judge is like 150 years old and will not accept emails, or any of that internet junk as he calls it.
Are any of you you having this issue. This is just a long line of companys doing this but this is the first to charge me if I choose not to. Most others do it a different way. A reduction in my bill. Your bill is and will stay $50 a month but if you choose to pay on line and print your own statement your bill will be $45.00.

Class action lawsuit. I am sure there is some attorney out there that will take the case. I just received two letters from two seperate class action lawsuits that they want me to be included in. So, there must be a plethora of firms out there chasing these suits.
