Can I Take Title This Way?

I have a company that is well established but not an LLC or Corp nor is it related to realestate what so ever. Can I take title in the name of my company even if it is not incorperated?

    No. If you are not incorperated you are runing as a sole propreiter and that is the same as doing business as yourself. You may want to consider incorperating for legal reasons.

    How did you get the name myfrogger? Had a friend in Ames she collected frogs. Weird.....
